
Milestone Technologies is actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis. The company is looking for experienced ServiceNow delivery experts with a strong background in assisting organizations in adopting service management and asset management best practices and optimizing them on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will possess expertise in service management/asset management process design and ServiceNow configuration and development. This is a remote role than can be located anywhere in Mexico.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define requirements, determine integration needs, and develop comprehensive architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope and complex projects
• Work with Milestone Technologies business development and leadership teams to scope new project opportunities and contribute to proposal development
• Lead and conduct requirements, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring thorough documentation of requirements
• Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the Milestone Technologies implementation team
• Maintain a deep and comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, third-party solutions, and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, customers, and project teams to architect and design solutions that leverage native configuration opportunities
• Identify and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform for custom applications both within and outside of ITSM
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services as a senior technical member of the team, ensuring delivery assurance for all project deliverables
• Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance, leading test remediation cycles
• Lead practice build efforts, including the development of practice intellectual property (IP)
Requirements
• 8+ years within the ITSM industry, including asset management required
• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform required
• 5+ years of professional services/consulting experience required
• Expert-level understanding and implementation experience with at least two of the following three ServiceNow application suites: ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, and/or SecOps
• Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow core application UI and workflow configuration, report development, and integration components (e.g., LDAP, SSO)
• Experience leading at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Advanced experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall)
• ServiceNow Certifications for System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (or commitment to attain within 90 days of hire date)
• Minimum of 3+ years experience soliciting and documenting requirements and evolving these requirements into successful solutions
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with experience establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert
• Experience and comfort in public speaking situations (IP)
• Advanced level understanding of ServiceNow application UI and workflow configuration, report development, and integration components (e.g., LDAP, SSO, etc.)
• Experience in reconciling software license positions
• Integration experience, including but not limited to SCCM or other software discovery tools
• Participation in at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations required
