Responsibility for the strategic, functional, and technical development of the ServiceNow SPM module within the framework of enterprise service management. The goal is to make optimal use of the module to support the corporate strategy, coordinate all stakeholders, and ensure stable, sustainable operations.

Qualifications

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the SPM module roadmap aligned with the Enterprise Service Management strategy;
  • Ensure alignment with corporate objectives, IT strategy, and architecture standards;
  • Establish and enforce governance guidelines (processes, data, and workflows);
  • Gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders (PMO, IT, business units);
  • Facilitate workshops and coordinate requirements definition;
  • Drive communication, engagement, and management of the SPM community;
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners (consultants and vendors);
  • Ensure quality, timelines, and budget compliance for deliverables;
  • Configure and maintain forms, workflows, service catalogs, and automations;
  • Support or coordinate more complex development activities;
  • Ensure system availability, performance, and issue resolution;
  • Maintain data quality, structure, and governance;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs;
  • Manage releases, testing, and communication of changes;
  • Identify and implement innovation opportunities, including GenAI;
  • Monitor system usage and manage licenses and contracts.

Required Skills

  • Understanding of ServiceNow SPM and related modules in the ESM context;
  • Initial experience in requirements management, stakeholder communication, and project management;
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals (e.g., ITIL, Agile);
  • Technical understanding of ServiceNow configurations, data models, and interfaces;
  • Interest in change management, training design, and release management;
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills;
  • Interest in new technologies such as GenAI.
