Job Description

Our ServiceNow Solution Architect leads implementation projects for our clients. This consulting role acts as a trusted advisor and technical leader, guiding organizations through the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. This person translates business needs into scalable architectures, ensures alignment with best practices, and oversees the delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across multiple ServiceNow application areas, exhibiting architect-level expertise across the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow Implementations:

• Oversees the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define requirements, determine integration needs, and develop comprehensive architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope and complex projects
• Lead and conduct requirements, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring thorough documentation of requirements
• Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the Milestone Technologies implementation team
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services as a senior technical member of the team, ensuring delivery assurance for all project deliverables

Solution Architecture:

• Defines and documents scalable ServiceNow architectures, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and ServiceNow’s platform capabilities
• Work with Milestone Technologies business development and leadership teams to scope new project opportunities and contribute to proposal development
• Maintain a deep and comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, third-party solutions, and integrations

Qualifications

Experience:

10 years of experience across the platform. 6+ years of ServiceNow solution design and delivery Proven experience leading multiple enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including CSDM (Common Service Data Model), Flow Designer, Integrations (REST/SOAP), and Service Portal
• Experience with IT workflows (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, HRSD, etc.)

Certifications:

ServiceNow certifications required

• CSA
• CAD
• CIS-Data Foundations (CMDB/CSDM)
• CIS-ITSM

Must have a combination of multiple CIS

• CIS-CSM
• CIS-HRSD
• CIS-SAM / CIS-HAM
• CIS-SPM
• CIS-Discovery /CIS-Service Mapping/CIS Event Management
• CIS-SIR/CIS-VR/CIS-RC/CIS-TPRM

Preferred certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Consulting Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and client management capabilities
• Ability to lead workshops, drive consensus, and deliver clear architectural documentation
