Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive for an experienced ServiceNow Solution to join our solutioning team within the COE - DCX (Digital Customer experience) Practice. As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (also known as a "Solutioning") for ServiceNow, you act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers. Your role is to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how ServiceNow’s platform and solutions can address those needs. You work closely with the sales team to drive adoption and value realization through compelling solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
