Dear ServiceNow Solution Consultants,
 
For one of the leading tech agencies in Germany (global size), we are currently looking for multiple ServiceNow Solution Consultants with extensive experience in Sales and Order Management(SOM) and Customer Service Management(CSM). 100% remote and long-term.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring the Customer Service Management (CSM) module to streamline case management, customer interactions, and SLA tracking.
- Proven expertise with the Sales and Order Management (SOM) module, driving quote-to-cash processes, order fulfillment, and revenue recognition workflows.
- Strong background in solution consulting for technical pre-sales, translating customer requirements into tailored ServiceNow solutions and delivering compelling demos.
- Experience in the retail industry
