We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join our Business Transformations team!

In Finland, KPMG has a strong position within the ServiceNow ecosystem as KPMG is a leading global ServiceNow partner and one of the global elite partners. Our ambition is to help clients make the Now Platform a truly strategic platform across multiple business functions, supporting end-to-end transformation and process development. The role is part of KPMG’s Business Transformations team which is a multidisciplinary group working across strategy, technology, data, and operating models as well as technology alliances in close collaboration across the Nordics and KPMG’s global network.

As a ServiceNow Solution Consultant you will

• Act as a trusted advisor in pre-sales by supporting opportunity identification and shaping value propositions, while combining both business and technical perspectives in proposals and client discussions
• Prepare and deliver high-quality ServiceNow demos and solution showcases tailored to different business domains (for example Vulnerability Management and Security Operations, Strategic Portfolio Management, Integrated Risk Management, Finance and HR case management, and different AI use cases)
• Work as a Solution Consultant / Architect in delivery projects, ensuring that designed solutions align with both business needs and platform best practices
• Engage with clients to understand and develop their business processes by helping them leverage ServiceNow beyond IT

You’re a strong candidate if you have

• 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities as solution architect or consultant
• Work experience from business processes (for example IT, cyber, risk, finance, HR)
• ServiceNow certificate Certified System Administrator and at least one other certification is required, additional certifications are seen as an advantage
• Previous experience in pre-sales, demos, or solutioning, with the ability to work across both sales support and delivery
• A clear interest in business processes and how technology supports them, and a specific experience in some industry (for example manufacturing, finance sector, telecom, IT service provider) is considered an advantage
• Hands-on experience or interest in areas such as IRM/GRC, SPM, or workflow-driven business processes as well as ITSM, ITOM and especially AI
• Fluency in English, and Finnish skills are seen as an advantage

This is a permanent full-time position, and the starting date is negotiable. The position is based in our office in Helsinki, Töölönlahdenkatu 3A, and work in a hybrid work model.
