This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect- CSM/FSM + SOM/TSOM in India.

This role is a senior technical leadership position focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and Service Order Management / Telecom Service Order Management modules. You will act as a trusted architect and advisor, guiding clients through complex digital transformation initiatives while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing platform implementations. The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will also lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Operating in a fast-paced consulting environment, you will play a key role in shaping solution strategy and ensuring successful delivery of large, complex implementations. This is a highly impactful role where technical depth, leadership, and client-facing communication converge.

Accountabilities

This role is responsible for leading ServiceNow solution design and implementation efforts across enterprise clients, while guiding engineering teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.

  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across CSM, FSM, SOM, and TSOM modules
  • Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system designs
  • Guide development teams in configuring, customizing, and extending ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Oversee integration design and implementation between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization across ServiceNow environments
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security frameworks, and compliance standards
  • Support platform upgrades, cloning, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Document technical architectures, workflows, design decisions, and implementation standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery
  • Requirements

    This role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong architectural experience, and the ability to lead complex enterprise implementations.

    • 10+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience, including CSM and custom applications
    • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and related modules
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a ServiceNow architect or solution architect role
    • Strong expertise in CSM, FSM, SOM, and TSOM modules
    • Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Scripted REST APIs, UI Builder)
    • Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services
    • Strong knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements
    • Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead end-to-end implementation cycles
    • Experience working with stakeholders to deliver demos, training, and solution validation
    • Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills
