With 15 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform under our belt, offices in 3 cities and more than 30 experts in Sweden and almost 1000 across the EMEA region, we have deployed numerous ServiceNow solutions. With our tool expertise we co-create sustainable value with our customers on their Service Management and ServiceNow journey.

Day-to-day life

• Serve as an integral member of both implementation and post-implementation teams, contributing significantly to project success.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, Solution Architects and Business Analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Work actively to protect the health, scalability, and "technical debt" management of the instance.
• Work with the latest features in the ServiceNow platform and continue to develop your expertise
• Guide more junior implementers by e.g. conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices to ensure the platform remains upgradeable.

Qualifications

You're passionate about the ServiceNow platform and what it has to offer and love to learn and explore its ever-evolving possibilities. As a senior team member, you're a self-starter who can manage your workload and drive projects forward, while enjoying the collaborative energy of our team. You're client-focused, able to understand their needs, taking on the solution designs based on workshop outcomes and customer collaboration.

You're comfortable building ServiceNow solution designs, understanding how enterprise-level architecture, integrations, and best-practice application development principles matter on the platform. You will be able to read and debug code in JavaScript. You can manage customer interactions and work effectively with diverse team members.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
