We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer with German to join our team.

What you'll be doing

• Implementation of requirements by configuration, integrations and tests within the ServiceNow platform
• Responsible for technical implementation and quality of delivered solutions.
• Analysis and evaluation of existing system landscapes and interfaces (including legacy systems)
• Development and integration of components
• Execute module, functional and integration tests, preferably automated (e.g., ATF)
• Ensure technical quality via logging, monitoring and diagnosis
• Create and maintain technical documentation (including runbooks/operations manual)
• Compliance with and documentation of technical standards according to Technical Governance
• Proactive communication to Product Owner about risks, issues and improvements
• Support maintenance, incident and problem management and 2nd/3rd level support

What you’ll bring along

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 8-10 years of hands‑on experience as a developer, ideally in ServiceNow context
• Solid practical experience in development and configuration on ServiceNow platform
• Ideally ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with agile methods (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git
• Hands-on mentality, high initiative and responsibility
• Good knowledge of software quality assurance processes and tools
• Strong communication skills and advanced English and German
