We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst with German to join our team.
What you'll be doing
- Rapid familiarization with complex business/technical matters and build task-specific knowledge
- Contribute to prioritization and implementation planning and creation of product backlogs
- Ensure and propose adherence to technical governance and standards
- Quality assurance and management of requirements and documentation
- Lead qualification of defects together with SMEs, developers and testers
- Act as interface to technical implementation and QA
- Ensure adherence to methodological/technical standards (examples given: PMI, PM2, IREB, BABOK, Technical Governance, ITIL, SAFe)
- Cross-team analysis tasks and lead topic areas
- Support project coordination & communication, knowledge base growth, knowledge transfer, user enablement and organizational change management
What you’ll bring along
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in ServiceNow context
- Strong analytical, moderation and presentation skills; excellent communication and organization
- Experience with agile software development and working in agile teams
- Ability to explain complex technical matters clearly
- Experience in organizational change management
- Strong communication skills and advanced English and German
