Our client, a global technology giant, is looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join their ServiceNow Business Group, owning new business growth across the Sub-Saharan Africa territory.

What you'll be doing:

- Hunting and qualifying new opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem

- Building and executing sales strategies to break into target accounts

- Running consultative sales conversations that uncover real client challenges - and solving them with ServiceNow

- Owning relationships with decision-makers from first contact through to signed contract

- Delivering standout presentations and demos that show our client's ServiceNow value

- Partnering with pre-sales and technical teams on winning proposals

- Leading commercial negotiations to close win-win deals

- Keeping your pipeline sharp and accurate in CRM

- Staying ahead of ServiceNow and market trends to keep your pitch relevant

- Getting in front of customers regularly to build lasting relationships

What you'll bring:

- A proven track record in sales, ideally in IT services, software, or tech consulting

- Hands-on experience selling ServiceNow or similar enterprise software solutions

- Solid grasp of Service Management concepts and digital workflow technologies

- Sharp communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- The ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and still hit target

- Comfort with CRM and sales tools for pipeline and reporting

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
