Your Role

As a Project & Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects and continuous service deliveries. You will ensure that project goals are achieved, teams are aligned, and customers experience smooth, value-driven deliveries.

You will also have the chance to develop toward the Engagement Manager role, taking on more responsibility in customer relationship management and strategic account leadership over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow project deliveries from start to finish — ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality goals are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and support effective collaboration among developers, architects, and consultants.
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and financial performance.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for the customer throughout the delivery.
• Work closely with the Resource Manager to ensure optimal staffing and successful delivery outcomes.
• Participate in planning sessions and roadmap discussions with customers.
• Identify risks, manage issues proactively, and ensure transparency across stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by collecting feedback and implementing lessons learned.
• (If applicable) Act as Scrum Master for ongoing ServiceNow development deliveries.
• Contribute to pre-sales and solution discussions together with sales and technical architects.

What We Expect From You

• Proven track record in project management, ideally within IT or ServiceNow projects.
• Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise IT platforms is a strong advantage.
• Relevant education in ICT, business, or similar.
• (Bonus) Scrum Master or PMP certification.
