The Product Owner is accountable for ensuring the design identified meets the organizations needs and goals and prioritizes work needed, maximizing business value across service modules (ITSM, ITAM, VR, SPM, etc.), and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs. You will be responsible for contributing towards and executing the product vision and strategy, collaborating with the delivery team to ensure the roadmap is executed effectively, and overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You will help drive adoption, manage change, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be a collaborative leader with a deep understanding of the market, user needs, and product development processes. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities—particularly ITSM, SPM, SecOps, and ITAM—is essential. You will work closely with the Head of Technology, Principal Architect, Business Owners, Service Automation team and the ServiceNow account team to ensure alignment of vision, scope, and expectations.
