The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Product Manager to oversee and improve ServiceNow applications. The role includes managing daily deliverables and platform roadmaps for modules such as ITSM, HRSD, IRM and SecOps. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, oversee upgrades and releases, ensure governance and compliance, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.

How you will make an impact

  • Manage daily operations of various ServiceNow applications
  • Maintain governance, compliance, and platform standards
  • Oversee backlogs, enhancements, and release planning
  • Manage and deliver ServiceNow platform level roadmaps
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
  • Monitor performance, adoption, and usage metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement across applications
  • Manage escalations and use problem solving skills to resolve issues

Your background

  • Experience managing the delivery of ServiceNow solutions in large organizations
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow governance and best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
