  • Partner with Cyber Security and Architecture teams to manage platform security, risk and compliance obligations, including access controls, data integrity and audit readiness
  • Drive platform value realisation, adoption and continuous improvement through performance insights, stakeholder engagement and ongoing optimisation of workflows and user experience
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Digital teams and delivery partners to align priorities and deliver outcomes that balance business needs with platform integrity
  • Manage vendors and partners to ensure quality delivery, clear accountabilities, effective support boundaries and strong knowledge transfer
  • As a leader in the Digital function, the role will be expected to demonstrate the capabilities of Sydney Water’s leadership model as well as safety, health and wellbeing of our people and partners.

About you

  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • AGSVA Baseline or NV1 security clearance, or the ability for Sydney Water to sponsor you to obtain one.
  • Experience working in a complex environment with multiple instances, integrations and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of service management concepts and practices, including process design, continual improvement and measurement.
  • Experience establishing platform governance, including demand intake, prioritisation, design standards and release management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to make trade-offs clear and align decisions to business outcomes.
  • Experience managing vendors and partners to ensure quality delivery, documentation and knowledge transfer.
