Sydney Water is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead one of our key enterprise platforms and maximise the value of our ServiceNow investment. In this role, you will own the platform strategy, roadmap, governance and ongoing performance, ensuring ServiceNow is secure, scalable, well-governed and aligned to business priorities across the enterprise.
You will provide end-to-end ownership of the ServiceNow platform across multiple instances and integrations, balancing business outcomes, customer experience, risk and technical integrity. Working closely with Digital teams, business stakeholders and delivery partners, you will drive a sustainable roadmap, strong platform governance, measurable adoption and continual improvement.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can bring together platform thinking, service management, governance and stakeholder engagement to help Sydney Water get the best value from ServiceNow now and into the future.
