Job Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional ServiceNow Platform Lead to join our UniQue Warsaw team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Ensure the security, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with Architects and Developers
  • Oversee development activities, including enhancements and defect resolution
  • Manage the platform across its full lifecycle (design, implementation, operation, optimization)
  • Deliver demos and training sessions for end users and support teams
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand expectations and platform usage needs
  • Gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements
  • Translate requirements into efficient technical solutions aligned with architecture standards
  • Present proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support the implementation of organization-wide service management capabilities
  • Coordinate development and improvement initiatives with Architects and Developers
  • Provide input on business requirements and technical designs
  • Contribute to solution architecture and development activities
  • Support cross-functional teams in areas such as risk, security, and disaster recovery
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation (technical specs, SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles)

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • At least 5 years of relevant IT experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or projects

Certifications (at least one required):

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
  • Strong hands-on experience in administering, maintaining, and configuring ServiceNow (ITSM and related modules)
  • Solid background in requirements analysis and project delivery
  • Good knowledge of the ServiceNow product suite and IT service management principles
  • Experience in creating SOPs and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (Web Services, REST, SSO, LDAP, etc.)
  • Understanding of complex systems and interoperability
  • Knowledge of IT security standards and project management methodologies
  • Experience in solution design is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English: minimum B2 (CEFR)
