Job Description

We are planning to bring in resources with strong ServiceNow leadership expertise combined with AI experience to support our future roadmap, improve delivery effectiveness, and accelerate enterprise AI initiatives.
These developers will help support the growing backlog of requests received from various organizations, including catalog enhancements, workflow automations, integrations, and other business-driven ServiceNow solutions. In addition, they will provide critical support for high-priority initiatives such as Digital Portfolio Management and Cloud Discovery projects. ##LI-DNI

Qualifications

Candidates should have 710+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 46 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. They should demonstrate strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development using App Engine Studio. Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Portal or Employee Center is essential.
