Job Description


As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will:

  • Define and drive the ServiceNow platform architecture, standards, and best practices across the organization

  • Design and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and performance

  • Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and custom modules

  • Architect and lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and middleware platforms

  • Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions

  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks for ServiceNow development and platform usage

  • Ensure compliance with ITIL practices, regulatory standards, and internal governance policies

  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven enhancements, and service optimization using Gen AI capabilities

  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, roadmap updates, and industry best practices

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 8 years of deep ServiceNow platform experience

  • Strong expertise across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, GRC, IRM, and Gen AI capabilities

  • Hands-on experience with Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and integrations

  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Application Scope management, and data reporting

  • Solid knowledge of Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, governance, and compliance frameworks

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM)

  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise service management best practices

You Should Possess the Ability to:

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure ServiceNow technical solutions

  • Lead and mentor developers, junior architects, and cross-functional teams

  • Enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices

  • Establish and maintain platform governance while balancing agility and innovation

  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, developers, and business analysts

  • Provide training, guidance, and technical support to end-users and delivery teams

  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within the platform

  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI adoption, and platform optimization
