YOUR MISSION
Take ownership as Service Manager / Service Owner for ServiceNow-based applications, ensuring end-to-end accountability
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, translating needs into clear delivery priorities
Shape and prioritize incoming demands, ensuring maximum business value and impact
Own the service backlog lifecycle, driving continuous refinement and alignment with delivery teams and actively contributing to Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews)
Partner with developers, architects, and operations teams to ensure stable, high-quality service delivery aligned with ServiceNow best practices
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, supporting business-critical services and operations
Hands-on knowledge of working with ServiceNow to support, adapt, and enhance platform functionality based on business needs
Strong understanding of incident, request, workflow, and service management processes, ensuring stable platform performance
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into delivery
Experience in ServiceNow or IT service environments, ideally within Agile or cross-functional teams
ServiceNow certifications/trainings and exposure to modules such as ITSM or CSM are a plus
