Work you will do

Deloitte helps organizations reset their IT strategy and implement the systems and solutions, including cutting-edge cloud services, to re-energize performance across the enterprise.

As a Technical Architect, you will provide high level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow team:

  • Define endtoend technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations across one or more modules.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into robust, platformaligned technical designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to development and delivery teams.
  • Design and govern integrations, CMDB strategy, platform security, and performance.
  • Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, release upgrades, and Deloitte delivery methodology.
  • Support estimation, solution planning, and presales activities as needed.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of overall ServiceNow Development experience
  • Experience serving as Technical Architect or Lead Developer on medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
    • Flow Designer and Workflow
    • Client and server-side development
    • Service Portal / UI Builder
    • CMDB and CSDM
  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Strong understanding of platform security, role-based access, and data protection.
  • Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region implementations.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  • ServiceNow certifications such as:
    • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    • Certified Implementation Specialist (any module)
    • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred
  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
  • Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models.
