This is a senior technical leadership role focused on advancing AI and automation capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent solutions that improve enterprise workflows and decision-making. The role combines hands-on engineering with team mentorship and strategic technical leadership. You will work across cloud platforms, machine learning, NLP, data engineering, and Agentic AI technologies. Your work will support global enterprise environments and help turn emerging AI capabilities into scalable, production-ready solutions. This is an opportunity to shape innovative AI initiatives while collaborating with highly skilled, multidisciplinary teams.
