The role
As the ServiceNow Lead, you will be accountable for the health, configuration and continuous improvement of UniSuper’s ServiceNow platform. You will lead platform governance, roadmap delivery and lifecycle management to maximise the value of our technology investment and support exceptional technology outcomes.

You bring deep ServiceNow expertise and a strong understanding of contemporary technology delivery practices. You thrive in complex environments, balancing strategic priorities with operational excellence while building effective relationships across technical, business and vendor stakeholders.
