We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow and ITIL practices.

Key Requirements


  • 6–8 years of relevant experience.

  • Highly proficient in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • ITIL v4 certification is mandatory.

  • Native-level fluency in Dutch

  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English

  • Must be a citizen of an EU member country
