We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between the ServiceNow platform and enterprise systems. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and reliable integrations that enhance HR & IT service management, automation, and operational workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, including ITOM Discovery, UiPath, and Jira, along with exposure to modern cloud, DevOps, HR, data, and AI-driven platforms

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Configure and support ITOM Discovery to ensure accurate CMDB data and infrastructure visibility.
  • Deliver and maintain integrations with Jira and UiPath to enable workflow synchronization and automation.
  • Support integration use cases across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and enterprise applications (e.g., Workday).
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure integration solutions.
  • Implement monitoring, error handling, and data reconciliation to ensure reliability and performance of integrations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and maintain documentation, governance alignment, and continuous improvement of integration capabilities.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • ServiceNow certified Application Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building and supporting integrations.
  • Solid experience with ServiceNow integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub/Flow Designer, MID Server, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated experience with ITOM Discovery, including MID Server configuration, discovery troubleshooting, and CMDB data quality management.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira and UiPath to enable workflow automation and cross-platform coordination.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, ITSM/ITOM processes, and experience troubleshooting integration issues, APIs, and authentication mechanisms.

Travel Requirements:

  • The role will require occasional travel globally for stakeholder workshops and events.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday (e.g., HR lifecycle events, provisioning, case management).
  • ServiceNow implementation certificates in Discovery and Service Mapping. Knowledge of Event Management & Orchestration.
  • Understanding of authentication/security protocols (OAuth, SSO, certificates).
