Job Description

• 
  5–8 years of professional work experience, including at least 3 years of proven experience with IT transitions in large organizations.
• 
  A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 
  Practical experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• 
  Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

  Build strong connections with both IT and business stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
• 
  Work structured and detail-oriented, while balancing multiple priorities.
• 
  Act in a customer-focused way: listen, engage, and translate needs into solutions.
