ServiceNow HRSD Consultant / Application Architect (Hybrid – Brussels)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to support the transition of a large-scale HR Service Delivery platform into operational mode within a complex enterprise environment.

The role focuses on stabilizing, maintaining, and evolving HR digital services while ensuring knowledge transfer, governance, and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support the transition of the ServiceNow HRSD platform into operational mode
• 
  Stabilize and optimize existing HR service catalog solutions
• 
  Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD functionalities
• 
  Implement and improve HR processes and workflows
• 
  Develop and maintain platform customizations using JavaScript
• 
  Provide support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• 
  Ensure proper documentation and operational procedures are maintained
• 
  Transfer knowledge to internal ServiceNow teams and support capability building
• 
  Contribute to platform governance, architecture, and integration with other enterprise systems
• 
  Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users

Required Skills & Experience

  Strong expertise in:

    ServiceNow platform administration and development

    ServiceNow HRSD module
  • 
    Architecture, integration, and workflow development
  • 
    JavaScript development within ServiceNow
• 
  Experience with operational transition and knowledge transfer activities
• 
  Experience within public sector environments is considered an advantage
• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset

Required Certifications

• 
  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• 
  Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
• 
  ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Languages

• 
  Dutch: Active knowledge
• 
  French: Active knowledge
• 
  English: Active knowledge

Additional Requirements

• 
  Willingness to undergo a security screening and/or security clearance procedure
• 
  Belgian nationality required
• 
  Candidates should currently reside in Belgium
