Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow HAM Pro / HAM-SLTN Developer
with strong expertise in
Flow Designer development, Catalog development, scripting, and workflow customization
. The role requires hands-on experience in building and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on
Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB, and Service Catalog
.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Act as a
  ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
  with a focus on ITOM, ITAM, and HAM.

• 
  Develop, customize, and administer core ServiceNow modules including:

  • 
    Hardware/Software Asset Management,

  • 
    CMDB,

  • 
    Service Catalog,

  • 
    Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio Management,

  • 
    Content Management System.

• 
  Design and implement
  client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI actions, UI macros, UI pages, and portals/sites
  with clean and well-documented code.

• 
  Customize HAM workflows, client scripts, and create custom modules/solutions in ServiceNow.

• 
  Perform troubleshooting, defect fixing, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.

• 
  Work extensively on
  integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems
  using SOAP and REST web services.

• 
  Prepare design documents, test cases, and perform unit testing.

• 
  Ensure compliance with ITIL methodologies and processes, with hands-on ITIL process implementation.

• 
  Contribute to technical delivery including documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions.

• 
  Work in a
  SAFe Agile methodology
  environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Strong hands-on experience with
  JavaScript
  (server-side and client-side scripting).

• 
  Proficiency in
  Flow Designer
  and
  Service Catalog
  development.

• 
  Experience with
  ServiceNow Development APIs
  and
  Integration Hub
  .

• 
  Knowledge of
  Fullstack development
  (JavaScript, ReactJS, JSON, SQL/MySQL) – preferred.

• 
  Expertise in
  Content Management System / Portal Development / ServiceNow Workspace Builder
  .

• 
  Experience with
  LDAP integration
  .

• 
  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• 
  Hands-on experience with
  design, development, and deployment
  on the ServiceNow platform.
