Job Description


As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, you will:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business needs.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Provide guidance on best practices, process improvement, and ServiceNow adoption across the organization.

    • What You Bring to the Table:

    • Proven experience (typically 3–7 years) in ServiceNow implementation and functional consulting.

    • Strong knowledge of IT service management processes, workflows, and industry best practices.

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

    You Should Possess the Ability To:

    • Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.

    • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs.

    • Conduct process assessments, gap analysis, and propose improvements.

    • Support integration discussions with technical teams for seamless implementation.

    • Drive adoption and provide functional expertise throughout the ServiceNow lifecycle.
