You might be our missing piece if you have:
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow administration, maintenance and operation of out‑of‑the‑box applications, including routine platform health checks and run support.
Experience with enhancements, customizations and development on an existing ServiceNow instance to meet evolving business needs.
Strong knowledge of integration development and operational support for third‑party integrations and connected tools.
Experience with platform upgrades, patches and hotfix management, including release impact analysis and skipped‑change resolution.
Advanced experience with ServiceNow development and platform engineering, including Update Sets, Application Repository and source control integration.
Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow using Git‑based tooling and/or ServiceNow DevOps.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integration design, event‑driven patterns, Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) design and execution.
Understanding of CMDB, IRE configuration, performance optimization, health scans and monitoring.
Secure coding knowledge: RBAC/ACLs, environment separation, platform security and quality‑driven engineering.
Openness to future on‑call rotation, though this will not be required initially.
We would be thrilled if you have:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow DevOps Micro‑Certification.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps.
Exposure to Now Assist or other AI‑enabled ServiceNow capabilities.
Additional module certifications relevant to the ServiceNow ecosystem.
We will be working together on:
Operating and maintaining out‑of‑the‑box ServiceNow applications, including platform health checks and support activities.
Enhancing and developing new features and customizations to address business requirements.
Designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, release processes, upgrades and patching activities.
Supporting, monitoring and improving the stability, security and quality of the ServiceNow platform.
Developing and supporting third‑party integrations and connected tools.
Automating testing (ATF), deployments and platform monitoring.
Handling major release upgrades, including analysis, deployment, conflict resolution and hypercare.
Participating in problem management, identifying root causes and reducing recurring incidents.
Assisting in platform reporting, dashboard configuration and ad‑hoc report generation.
Contributing to platform roadmap definition, enhancement refinements, sprint reviews and service review meetings.
