14964 – ServiceNow Developer (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, design, and development (3+ years);
• Experience with IT systems administration and programming (4+ years);
• Experience with data extractions and conversions, and development in JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, and SQL;
• Experience integrating with Microsoft and third-party systems;
• Experience with CMDB population using Discovery and implementing Service Mapping;
• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM);
• Experience with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications;
• Experience in IT project management;
• Experience with State and Federal laws applicable to IT solution implementation, and State procurement and contract monitoring requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience with performance tuning;
• Experience with data security;
• Experience configuring custom email templates;
• Experience implementing security policies using ACLs, roles, groups, and authentication mechanisms;
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) certifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Configure, integrate, and implement ServiceNow modules, including Case, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Request, and Knowledge Management;
• Develop ServiceNow workflows, flows, and rules;
• Implement and configure Service Level Management on the ServiceNow platform;
• Configure dashboards, self-service portal, live chat, and virtual agent;
• Perform ServiceNow CSM upgrades, including module configuration, integration testing, and customizations;
• Participate in defect management and triage, and in testing including regression, smoke, and release testing;
• Maintain detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques.
