We're Hiring: ServiceNow Developer

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 10 Months (Part-Time – 3/5)
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation project focused on implementing ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) This is an exciting opportunity to build and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions while working with modern technologies in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
- Implement functional and technical solutions within the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and HRSD
- Develop custom functionality using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
- Build and customize Service Portal interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design data models and configure workflows using Flow Designer
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Perform testing, data migration, and documentation while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications.
Required Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – IT Service Management
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Human Resources Service Delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
- Public sector experience.
- WSD certification or currently pursuing certification.
Languages
- Native or fluent Dutch or French
- Good knowledge of the second national language
- Professional proficiency in English
