Job Summary

The
Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITAM, CMDB & Integrations
will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that enhance visibility, automation, governance, and control across IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes.

This role will focus on maintaining CMDB integrity, supporting governance and compliance initiatives through accurate asset data management, and developing scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms such as Coupa, SailPoint, SuccessFactors, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions for
  Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  and
  Software Asset Management (SAM)
  aligned with enterprise processes and software license compliance.
• 
  Maintain and improve the CMDB by ensuring accurate CI relationships, normalization, reconciliation, and lifecycle management.
• 
  Build and scale integrations with SCCM, Intune, and JAMF for real-time hardware and software inventory management.
• 
  Implement Discovery patterns, data imports, and CI class models aligned with CSDM and ITIL best practices.
• 
  Develop and automate integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, Coupa, SailPoint, and SuccessFactors using
  IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
  .
• 
  Support CMDB and ITAM governance processes to maintain data quality, ownership, compliance, and lifecycle accuracy.
• 
  Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for asset utilization, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle tracking.
• 
  Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects and Platform Owners to design scalable enterprise solutions aligned with the platform roadmap.
• 
  Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, design discussions, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, integration failures, and data discrepancies across ServiceNow environments.
• 
  Support ServiceNow upgrade planning, testing, and release activities to ensure platform compatibility.
• 
  Document technical designs, integration workflows, data models, and configuration specifications for governance and audit purposes.
