As part of our central DevOPS team, you’ll work on a variety of tasks: from functional support, through core platform development, all the way to building cool new features and solving incidents fast.- If you’re comfortable with the backend of ServiceNow, understand Agile and Scrum methodologies, and can code in JavaScript, you might be exactly who we’re looking for to help us move our technology forward!

What you’ll do here:

• Prepare test and user guides for new ServiceNow features.
• Describe business requirements, process flows, build ServiceNow forms, tables, modules, and scripts.
• Connect ServiceNow to other systems using REST/SOAP or our own connector, incl. web services.
• Write and debug code in JavaScript.
• Design services and reporting dashboards.
• Create clear, user-friendly catalog items and handle ad hoc requests.
• Help spread the mission and values of NN GROUP and the ServiceNow community.

We expect:

• Strong ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform maintenance is a must (patches, upgrades, etc.).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, is highly desirable.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• Experience with UX design.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments and a customer support mindset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• English proficiency for daily meetings.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro).
• Additional ServiceNow certifications.

First, you’ll have a chat with Erika (Talent Acquisition Specialist) and hiring manager - we’ll tell you about the team and ask about your experience and what you’re looking for.
