ServiceNow Developer

We are expanding our use of the ServiceNow platform and increasing our need for insightful reporting and dashboards. We are looking for a ServiceNow Reports Developer to join our Pune office as part of our wider ServiceNow Platform Team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and automating reports and dashboards, primarily across ITSM, Security Operations, and Vulnerability Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM, Vulnerability Response (VR), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Security Incident Response (SIR).
Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure reports align with business needs.Utilize out-of-the-box ServiceNow reporting wherever possible while also developing custom reports when required.Automate report generation and scheduling to streamline data access across teams.Optimize reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.Support Performance Analytics implementation and reporting.Collaborate with IT teams, security teams, and business users to ensure reporting solutions provide meaningful insights.Provide occasional training and support for end-users on ServiceNow reporting capabilities.Maintain documentation for reporting processes and dashboards.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Total experience we are looking for in years: 3 Years - 5 Years
• Relevant experience we are looking for in years: 2 Years – 3 Years
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards, particularly in ITSM, ITAM, VR, SPM, and SIR
• Experience in automating and scheduling reports within ServiceNow.
• Ability to analyse and optimize reports for performance and scalability.
• Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and the ability to build meaningful visualizations.
• ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Glide scripting) and integrations for external reporting tools.
• Experienced in ServiceNow Reports Developer looking to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
• (preferred but not required).
• CSA Certification
