**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in developing ServiceNow solutions while following best practices.
- Work with clients to understand technical issues.
- Offer creative ideas to solve business challenges.
- Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Contribute to the services we offer at The Cloud People.
- Communicate technical information to different audiences.
- Help with writing clear documentation.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Some experience (1+ years) in ServiceNow project implementation.- Possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, development, and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and web services (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON.
- Experience or familiarity with Agile and Scrum is a plus.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- Ability to work on GMT-1 (CET).
