As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the strategic design and technical governance of the ServiceNow ITOM suite. You will bridge the gap between business outcomes and technical execution, driving automation that reduces manual overhead and enhances service availability.

• Architecture & Design: Define the end-to-end technical architecture for the ITOM suite, specifically focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Discovery Optimization: Design, configure, and troubleshoot Discovery schedules, MID Server clusters, and complex classification patterns across hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises environments.
• CMDB Governance: Enforce CSDM (Common Service Data Model) standards to ensure data integrity, service-aware relationships, and accurate impact analysis.
• Integration Leadership: Architect seamless integrations between ServiceNow and third-party monitoring tools

• Technical Advisory: Lead "Discovery Health Checks," conduct POCs for new features (e.g., Agent Client Collector), and provide mentorship to junior developers and administrators.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in ServiceNow, with at least 5 years specifically focused on ITOM implementation
• Scripting: Proficient in JavaScript (GlideScript), Regex, and PowerShell/Shell scripting for custom discovery patterns
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• CIS – Discovery (Mandatory).
• CIS – Event Management or Service Mapping (Strongly Preferred).
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a significant plus.
