In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-drivenServiceNow Consultant – Senior Associate to join our Technology Advisory team in Athens.

• Design andguide the implementation ofServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business needs and ITIL best practices, across Core Modules

• Translate client requirements into working solutionsand supportconfiguration & customization ofthe relevant modules such asITSM,ITOMorCSMmodulesetc.

• Driveprocess improvements and automation to enhance efficiency

• SupportITSM framework adoption and operational integration,focusing onthe core processesof incidentmanagement, problem management, service management,demandand portfolio management, amongother

• Delivertraining and enablement to users and stakeholders, whenrequired

• Buildreports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance

• Drive end-to-endprojectmanagement of ServiceNow engagements-owning scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder governance

• Contribute tooperating model design and ServiceNow transformations

• Contribute tobusiness development by supporting proposalsdevelopment, RFP/RFI responses, and solution pitches(includingthe buildingeffortandsolution licensingestimates)

What you bring matters

• University degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields; advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s) are a plus

• Experience inServiceNow and ITSM (ITIL-based processes)

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, workflows, CMDB, etc.)

• Experience inBanking or Energy sectors is highly appreciated

• Proven experience delivering ITSM/ServiceNow projects

• Understanding of IT Governance and Operating Models

• Experience leading workstreams or mentoring junior team members

• Ability to deliver solutions from concept to execution

• Strong communicationskills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
