The ideal candidate is a strong, well-rounded ServiceNow developer who is passionate about the platform and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

Major responsibilities include designing, configuring, developing, and implementing baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow, including the CMDB, and helping maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are always used.

  • Support ongoing improvements and optimization of core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management)
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP web services and IntegrationHub
  • Participate in client calls and technical design discussions, translating business requirements into clear, actionable solutions
  • Execute unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure high-quality, zero-defect deployments
