As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of ServiceNow applications. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will leverage your skills to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be part of a dynamic team that specializes in ServiceNow consulting. You will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications, providing training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Managing ServiceNow deployment projects, confirming seamless integration and utilization of applications
• Providing training and support to clients for effective use of ServiceNow software
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for optimizing business processes through ServiceNow
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop actionable insights
• Applying configuration management techniques to maintain application security and compliance
• Leveraging agile methodology to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver timely solutions
• Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members in ServiceNow consulting practices
• Interpreting data to inform strategic recommendations and drive client success
• Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

• 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, process mapping, user stories, UAT, and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB / Asset Management, Procurement, or related ServiceNow modules.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and software licensing concepts.
• Utilizing Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency
