Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the vision, design, and evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This role will serve as the technical authority for ServiceNow, driving platform strategy, governance, automation, and enterprise-wide workflow transformation across IT, HR, Operations, Customer Service, and other business functions.

Location: Dallas, TX (preferred)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Full-time: Benefit Eligible

What You'll Do

  • Define and lead the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap and platform strategy.

  • Design scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

  • Expand and optimize ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, SPM, GRC, and SecOps.

  • Drive workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

  • Establish governance standards, platform best practices, and technical design patterns.

  • Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural oversight for ServiceNow resources.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and solution design experience.

  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform transformations.

  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, and additional ServiceNow product suites.

  • Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, APIs, SSO, and Identity & Access Management.

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ITIL best practices.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Application Developer.

  • ITIL v4 certification.

  • Experience in healthcare, highly regulated industries, or large multi-entity organizations.
