We're Hiring: ServiceNow Application Architect
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work Model: Hybrid
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 10 Months (Part-Time – 3/5)
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with expertise in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), solution architecture, and digital transformation within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the functional and technical architecture for ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Define data models for assets, buildings, spaces, contracts, suppliers, and fleet management.
- Design workflows and business processes for asset lifecycle and facility management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and development teams.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) best practices.
- Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives, secure development, and application governance.
- Oversee solution quality through code reviews, integration testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Support modernization initiatives and migration towards modern application architectures.

Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application or solution architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Application Architect
Required Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – IT Service Management
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Human Resources Service Delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) certification or implementation.
- Experience within the public sector.
- Knowledge of Facility Management and Asset Management solutions.
Languages
- Native or fluent Dutch or French
- Good knowledge of the second national language
- Professional proficiency in English
