Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, develop, and manage the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) module.
  • Handle onboarding, group memberships, tag management, work notes, and SIR-related emails.
  • Collaborate with SOC leads, CISO and DPO teams to validate requirements and deliver enhancements.
  • Lead and coordinate ServiceNow Professional Services developers, including running daily SCRUM sessions.
  • Manage change processes across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Govern integrations between ServiceNow SIR and other cybersecurity tools.
  • Request and coordinate installation of plugins, modules, and update sets in non‑production environments.
  • Collaborate with external teams to onboard and test tool integrations (including PoCs).
  • Manage access to MITRE API, Fortanix Quorum approvals, and password resets.
  • Configure reporting and dashboards for leadership insights.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date architecture and service documentation.
  • Support contract management with ServiceNow, including resource usage assessment and forecasting.
  • Assist with broader MRO responsibilities such as access management, security audits, process refinement, onboarding of new tools, and vendor interactions.

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 4+ years of cybersecurity experience.
  • 1–2+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow SIR experience.
  • Strong IT background with Agile development understanding.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, DORA, and NIS2.
  • Experience with automation and AI-based tooling.
