MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to join our team USMC Team in Quantico, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Administer an on-premises version of ServiceNow, including activities such as (but not limited to) installation, configuration, maintenance, updates, harden (STIG), administer, train, and document ServiceNow branding, customization, and translating user requirements into functionality
• Develop, manage, and troubleshoot ServiceNow forms, client and UI scripts, business rules, and scheduled imports
• Configure and troubleshoot SAML single sign-on for ServiceNow authentication and identity management
• Maintain KM tools such as, but not limited to, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, and local product creation/dissemination system
• STIG/POAM/Mitigation statements support with the Linux OS and Database
• Documentation to include quick reference/admin guides

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow administration, patching, and upgrades. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Certified to meet DoD 8570 IAT II requirements
• Experience with database administration
• Experience creating user and administrative documentation respective to ServiceNow
• Linux experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• MySQL or MariaDB experience
• Understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• SharePoint/2010/2013/2016
• HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, DNS, SharePoint Designer, IIS, PKI, PowerShell, Group Policy
• Intelink/IntelShare and available capabilities for potential use and integration
• Familiarity with Navy/Marine Corps interoperability requirements is preferred
• PowerShell scripting using any/all of the respective plugins related to the applicable technologies

Clearance Requirement:

Must have a current / active Top Secret / SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
