You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day health, configuration and performance of the platform, ensuring it remains secure, stable, compliant and aligned to business needs.
You’ll manage service catalogues, workflows and integrations, supporting data quality and platform governance while partnering closely with ServiceNow developers to deliver enhancements and new capabilities. By coordinating integrations, maintaining catalog items and supporting automation, you’ll help ensure the platform operates smoothly and continues to evolve in line with our enterprise service management roadmap.
Working within a collaborative team, you’ll provide trusted platform administration expertise, support continuous improvement and contribute to a high quality service experience across the organisation.
