ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Provide support to Studios’ employees on L1 level, working with Servicedesk ticket system.
  • Perform user workstation and notebook diagnosis, repair and upgrades.
  • Prepare workstations and carry out the PC setup process for new employees.
  • Install, update, or change the software deployed on user workstations.
  • Manage the information security for end-user systems, handle security incidents and reports.
  • Deploy and maintain up to date Endpoint Security policy on user systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service in addition to resolving issues within a defined SLA.

Must have:

  • 1+ years of working experience as an IT system administrator or helpdesk/support specialist. 
  • Good knowledge of user operating systems (Windows, MacOS). 
  • Experience in performing workstation setup, PC and notebook repair, and knowledge of all kinds of PC hardware.
  • Ability to perform user hardware and software bug analysis.
  • Basic knowledge and skills working with typical Office (O365), Art (Autodesk, Adobe, etc.) and Dev production software.
  • Working with Microsoft AD, Office365 admin.
  • Basic network administration and troubleshooting.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of enterprise Antivirus, DLP and Asset Management software.
  • Knowledge of IT security principles will be a plus.
  • English – pre-intermediate.
  • Working experience in IT or Gamedev company.
