
The Food Farmacy Associate supports daily operations of a food-as-medicine program by assisting patients at the onsite pickup location, helping carry food bags to vehicles, and sharing information about upcoming Cooking Demonstrations. This role also includes documenting activities in the EHR as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
oStrong customer service and communication skills
oAbility to lift and carry bags (typically 25–50 lbs)
oAttention to detail and organization
oBasic computer skills and ability to use the HER

What You’ll Do
·Assist patients at the onsite Food Farmacy pickup location
·Help carry food bags to patients’ vehicles safely
·Share information about upcoming Cooking Demonstrations and program resources
·Provide friendly, respectful service to patients
·Document activities in the EHR as required
·Support overall Food Farmacy operations, as needed
