We are looking for an energetic, organized, and passion-driven Service Writer to be the operational heartbeat of our shop, making sure our riders get their machines dialed in, running wide open, and back where they belong: out having fun!

What You’ll Do: Keep the Wheels Turning

As our Service Writer, you are the bridge connecting our riders’ adventure goals with the master technicians who bring them to life.

• Dial In the Repair Orders: Open, detail, and track repair orders for street bikes, ATVs, side-by-sides, and off-road machines. You’ll capture customer concerns, performance upgrades, and maintenance needs with precision so our techs know exactly what’s needed to make each machine perform at its best.
• Command the Shop Floor: Act as mission control. Dispatch repair jobs to technicians based on their specialized skills, manage the shop floor workflow, track build/repair progress, and eliminate bottlenecks so riders get back on the trail without delay.
• Advocate for the Ride: Communicate daily with technicians, Service Advisors, and management to make sure parts are staged, updates are clear, and every machine leaves our shop trail-ready and rock-solid.
• Keep Operations Roaring: Maintain clean documentation, update job statuses in real time, and ensure every repair order is airtight from intake to delivery.

What You Bring to the Crew

• Passion for the Powersports Life: Prior experience in powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, or small engines is a huge plus! If you speak the language of trail riding, track days, and utility rigs, you’ll feel right at home.
• Dealership or Service Savvy: Experience writing repair orders, working in an automotive/powersports service department, or dispatching technicians gives you a major head start.
• High-Octane Organization: You thrive in high-energy, fast-moving environments and have a sharp eye for detail.
• Tech & Communication Chops: Comfortable working with dealership management software, coordinating with wrenches on the shop floor, and keeping the team aligned.
• Team-First Attitude: Dependable, proactive, and genuinely excited to help people get the absolute most out of their machines.
