Are you passionate about shaping how services are designed and delivered in a dynamic technology environment? We're looking for a Service Transition Manager to lead the coordination and governance of service design and transition activities—ensuring seamless delivery from concept to live operation.
This role sits within our Technology Services function, where you'll collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT services that support the firm’s strategic goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and lead end-to-end service transition for assigned projects.
Develop and improve service design frameworks and governance.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful service delivery.
Create and manage Service Design Packages, support models, and transition plans.
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure quality outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to a people-first, insight-driven service culture.
What You’ll Bring
Strong experience in Service Management (ITIL Foundation minimum).
Proven ability to manage complex transitions and influence across teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical mindset with a passion for customer excellence.
Experience with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow) and modern service management practices.
Commercial awareness and a calm, decisive approach under pressure.
