The Role:


The Service Training Manager is responsible for supporting the Coloplast Service organization through training program development, management, and delivery to improve the clinician and patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for new hires and existing employees, including onboarding, continuous learning, and new product launches.
  • Deliver training across service teams on topics such as DME and U.S. healthcare, clinical and product knowledge, customer and market awareness, reimbursement and revenue cycle processes, systems, compliance, and soft skills.
  • Use innovative learning methods that blend in person, virtual, and online formats, including group, 1:1, practical, and assessment based training.
  • Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and resources.
  • Partner with SMEs, Leadership, People & Culture, Quality, Compliance, and global training teams to identify needs and assess training effectiveness.
  • Observe performance, conduct audits, and identify skill gaps to drive targeted training solutions.
  • Maintain and update course materials as processes, systems, or regulations change.
  • Track participation, measure effectiveness through KPIs, and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, applicable regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Support vendors, contractors, and additional initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct business professionally in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of successful learning and development and/or training experience in the healthcare/med device industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and developing training courses and/or programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging course content.
  • Efficient time management, organization, and planning skills.
  • Able to travel up to 15%
