Coordinate an online technical support which supports the sales organization.
Administrate support cases – log and follow up.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Redirect problems to correct resource.
Cooperate and assist front-line engineers in the document organization and translation of manuals and reports
Under the guidance of senior engineers, carry out some disassembly, assembly and maintenance work of equipment
Ensure that all work procedures (utilizing the tools provided), are carried out according to safety standards
Requirement
Major in mechanical or automation fields college or above; CET-4 or above;Have the ability of simple oral communication
Good application skills in office software(word, excel, pdf,ppt,outlook,powerBi)
Driver's license
Good at communication, cheerful personality, strong learning ability and a strong sense of teamwork
Be able to accept overseas work arrangements
